Hove Construction does design-build work in Harare, the kind of projects where the finished result is the whole argument for hiring them. Their old website didn't make that argument. It looked like a template, because it was built from one, and it put generic service copy ahead of the work itself.

We rebuilt it around the projects. The homepage now leads with real completed work, not stock photography or a paragraph about "quality and excellence" that could belong to any contractor anywhere.

We also rebuilt the enquiry form to capture the detail Hove actually needs to price a job properly: project type, scale, timeline, not just a name and a message. Those enquiries now land straight in their inbox with enough information to respond seriously on the first reply, instead of a round of back-and-forth just to understand what the client wants.

The outcome, in their own words: fewer time-wasting calls, more real jobs.

That's the pattern we see across almost every business we build for. A website's job isn't to look nice, it's to do two things: make someone trust you before they call, and give you the information you need the moment they do. Everything else is decoration.
